Challenge
We managed litigation communications following a horrific traffic accident involving our client, a publically traded transportation company, nearly 50 vehicles and multiple fatalities.

Solution
Our work focused on calling media attention to the primary cause of the accident, faculty road design and management, and reduced media speculation concerning our client’s involvement.

Result
Our research on the history of road construction errors, errors in setting speed limits and in maintaining required safety warnings enabled us to persuade key media people to reverse their initial conclusions blaming our client and to withhold judgment on the ultimate cause of the accident.
