Challenge
GLOBAL 360 is a Texas-based document and software company that wanted to create a presence and business practice in Los Angeles. The company hired Englander & Associates to build that profile and create the relationships necessary to earn work throughout Los Angeles County.

Solution
By working together to create both great products and great prices, Global 360 has been successful through the RFP process in building a $30 million dollar practice in Los Angeles County over the last 4 years. E&A has positioned the company with many different departments including but not limited to the Sheriff’s Department, Probation, Health Services, Registrar Recorder, Public Defender, Assessor, Public Social Services and the office of the District Attorney. E&A has worked with county staff to expand the original program and add other departments to the original work order.

Result
GLOBAL 360 has seen a dramatic increase in efficiencies and savings for Los Angeles County Departments. Global 360 has now gone on to create and gain business with many other cities throughout the region and with the state of California. E&A has continued to provide strategic positioning advice and counsel for political and charitable contributions.
