Adam Englander is Vice President and General Counsel with Englander Knabe & Allen in Los Angeles, where he provides strategic counsel regarding public, government, and media affairs.
Prior to joining Englander Knabe & Allen, Adam was an attorney with the law firm of Cox, Castle & Nicholson, where he provided legal representation and advice for residential and commercial real estate, hospitality, resort and healthcare clients in Southern California and throughout the United States. Prior to working at Cox, Castle & Nicholson, Adam worked at Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP where he served as Deputy City Attorney for the City of Alhambra and provided legal representation for the various cities in Southern California, along with other public and private clients. In addition, Englander has assisted the Chairman of the Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency and served as Assistant Press Deputy for Los Angeles County Supervisor Don Knabe. Adam was also selected as a 2009 and 2010 Southern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine.
Adam has also participated in federal, state and local campaigns and is a founding board member of the Progress for a New Generation PAC, which seeks to elect young progressive candidates nationwide.
Adam currently resides in the City of Los Angeles and is a graduate of Cornell University, where he earned degrees in Government and Film Studies, and UCLA School of Law.
